Help for Facets.

Contact support, manage subscriptions, troubleshoot iCloud sync, and find privacy controls for the iOS app.

Email support@facets.app for app issues, general feedback, feature requests, privacy questions, and data requests.

Include your app version, iOS version, device model, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and any screenshots that do not include sensitive personal information. We aim to respond within two business days.

Facets is developed by A3 Studio. Additional developer contact details are available through the App Store product page where required by local law.

Subscriptions

Facets Premium purchases are managed by Apple. To cancel or change a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. You can also visit Apple subscription management.

For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem flow. Facets support can help troubleshoot Premium access, but Apple handles App Store billing and refunds.

Restore Purchases

If Premium is not recognized after reinstalling or changing devices, open Facets, go to Profile or the paywall, and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.

iCloud Sync And Backups

Facets saves locally first. iCloud Sync can be turned on in the app's Data & iCloud settings. If sync appears stuck, confirm iCloud is enabled for Facets in iOS Settings, that you are signed into iCloud, and that you have a stable network connection.

If you contact support about sync, describe whether this is a new device, reinstall, restore, or merge. Avoid sending private journal content unless it is necessary to diagnose the issue.

Privacy Choices And Data Deletion

Facets does not require a Facets account. You can delete individual memories, tasks, habits, goals, and clarity pages in the app. The in-app reset flow can delete Facets data from the device and, when iCloud Sync is active and available, request deletion from the Facets iCloud container.

You can disable permissions in iOS Settings, including Photos, Camera, Microphone, Speech Recognition, and Notifications. For privacy or data requests, email support@facets.app and include “Privacy Request” in the subject.
